Care & Compassion
The God of heaven and earth is a compassionate God who actively pursues the good of all. The church participates in God's action of love through echoing His compassion toward those in our family, our community, our city, and our world. Here are some of the ways Redeemer takes part in that mission.
Kairos Prison Ministry
Kairos Prison Ministry is a Christian ministry whose mission is to share the transforming love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to impact the hearts and lives of incarcerated men, women and youth, as well as their families, to become loving and productive citizens of their communities. We are glad to partner with them as a community to fulfill their mission.
Reformed University Fellowship
Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) is a campus ministry to college students. As a ministry of the Presbyterian Church in America, RUF holds to the convictions of historic Christianity which motivate hearts for God and love for the university. Redeemer supports Kimmy Mota and Mariana Mera, members of RUF at the University of Houston.
Isaiah 55 Ministries
Isaiah 55 ministers to the deaf and underserved in Reynosa, Mexico through a school for the deaf and neighborhood outreach programs. They seek to make disciples, encourage the worship of Jesus, and promote justice and reconciliation.
Church Planting
Redeemer is part of a network of other churches throughout the United States. We are a church committed to building up other church plants because we believe that more and more people will experience the peace of God and fellowship of the Spirit through church planting. We accomplish these efforts through the Southwest Church Planting Network and Mission to North America.
