  • Lore mullins

    children's ministry

Lore is a southern belle from Tennessee, but she got to Texas as quick as she could.  She's been a wife to Joel for 12 years, and she's Momma to four delightful little boys; Cooper, Graham, Henry, and Miller.  She's excited about her role as Children's Director and enjoy serving the children and families at Redeemer.  Lore is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations.  She's had various roles working in Advertising and Marketing but has spent several years as a nanny, MDA camp counselor, and gymnastics/dance/cheer instructor.  She's quite crafty when she gets the opportunity and enjoys homeschooling, watching the boys play soccer, family bike rides, going to the beach, and having dates with her husband as often as she can.

  • TIM THOMPSON

    LEAD MUSICIAN

Tim is from the great state of Oklahoma. He attended the University of Central Oklahoma where he completed his bachelors in music performance in trombone.  He then moved to New York City to attend the Manhattan School Of Music for his masters in music for bass trombone. While in New York City he met his future wife April, who was working on her masters in music for piano.  While living in NYC, Tim served as the worship music coordinator at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church. He soon realized that he had a great desire to produce and foster beautiful music in the church. They moved to Texas in 2015 and quickly found Redeemer SL to be the church community they gravitated towards. They love being a part of the community at Redeemer SL and find it invaluable that their two girls, Lydia and Stella, are nurtured and cared for by the entire church community as if they were their own children.

  • Emily Theisen

    communications director

Emily grew up in midwest Kansas.  She attended the University of Kansas and completed her degree in Vocal Jazz Performance at the New School for Jazz in New York City.  While living in NYC, Emily served as a Community Group Leader Coach and Deaconess.  She worked in the facilities management field for several years before deciding to stay home with her children.  She is married to Adam and they have two children, Eleanor and Henry.   They have been members at Redeemer SL for the past several years.  They have experienced firsthand the warmth, generosity, and comfort of this church body acting as Jesus' hands and feet and are deeply grateful to be part of this community.
